By September 2027, at least 80 ministry staff should have practical AI skills, at least 10 key processes should be improved using AI, and a sustainable institutional foundation for wider education system transformation should be in place.
Area 1. Human capital
Assess all staff, deliver tiered AI literacy training, train 10 internal champions, and build a community of practice.
Area 2. Workflow optimisation
Map 20 key processes, improve at least 10, create a searchable knowledge base, and support decisions with analytics.
Area 3. Institutional development
Assign responsibility for AI transformation, approve internal AI policy, and embed AI competence into role requirements.
Area 4. Partnership and communication
Secure at least three active partnerships, communicate progress publicly, and create shared resources for the education sector.
